P0632 - Odometer Not Programmed In PCM

For wiring diagrams, refer to.

• When Monitored: Ignition on.

• Set Condition: The vehicle mileage is not programed into the PCM. One trip fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.






• Always perform the pre-diagnostic troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to => Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting Procedure

Test Step 1 - Mileage Not Programmed in the Powertrain Control Module

• Turn the ignition ON.

• With a scan tool, Clear DTCs.

• Using the scan tool, program the vehicle mileage into the powertrain control module.

• Start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature.

• With a scan tool, select view DTCs.

Is the status active for this DTC?

Yes

• Replace and program the PCM.

• Perform the PCM Verification Test.=> Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. PCM Verification Test

No

• Test complete.

• Perform the PCM Verification Test.=> Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. PCM Verification Test
