Multifunction Switch

Removing






- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Tools and Equipment.

- Remove the knee bolster.

- Remove the steering column upper and lower trim.

- Disconnect the electrical connector (1) on the multifunction switch.






- Depress the lock tab (1) on the multifunction switch and slide the switch upward.

Installing






- Install the switch by sliding it into position, ensuring that the lock tab (1) engages.






- Connect the electrical connector (1) to the multifunction switch.

- Install the steering column upper and lower trim.

- Install the knee bolster.

- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Tools and Equipment.
