Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Power Outlet Remover (9857)

Removing






- Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Tools and Equipment.

- Using power outlet remover (9857) (4), insert the tool with the tips against the clips (1).

- Pull out the outlet (3) through the mounting ring.

- Disconnect the outlet electrical connectors (2).

Installing

- Connect the outlet electrical connectors (2).

- Install power outlet (3) to instrument panel.

- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to => [ Battery, Disconnecting and Connecting ] Tools and Equipment.
