Fan Shroud and Fans

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling ] Draining and Filling.

- Remove the coolant hose upward from the radiator.

- Remove the charge air pipes from the fan shroud.

- Disconnect the connectors from both fans.

- Loosen the fasteners - arrows - and remove the fan shroud with the fans.





Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse of removal, noting the following:

- The coolant fan shroud must engage into the mounting points intended for it.

- Install the charge air pipes and tighten to 5 Nm.

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to => [ Draining and Filling ] Draining and Filling.
