• Check for possible influences upon the headlamp adjustment, check the adjustment itself, and if needed, adjust the headlamps. Refer to Maintenance Procedures; Rep. Gr. 03.

1 - Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48) and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor ] Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor.

2 - Screws

• For Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48) and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49).

3 - Cap

4 - Left Low Beam Headlamp (M29) and Right Low Beam Headlamp (M31)

• Lamp H7LL 12V, 55 W

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Low Beam Bulb ] Low Beam Bulb.

• Checking, refer to => [ Vehicle Electrical System, Output Diagnostic Test Mode ] Scan Tool Testing and Procedures.

5 - Left High Beam Headlamp (M30) and Right High Beam Headlamp (M32)

• Lamp H9 12V, 65 W

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ High Beam Bulb ] High Beam Bulb.

• Checking, refer to => [ Vehicle Electrical System, Output Diagnostic Test Mode ] Scan Tool Testing and Procedures.

8 - Lamp Socket With Grip

• For Left front turn signal bulb (M5) and Right front turn signal bulb (M7).

9 - Left Parking Lamp (M1) and Right Parking Lamp (M3)

• Lamp 12V, W 5 W LL (for RoW models)

• Lamp 12V, WY 5 W (for North American models, colored orange)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Parking Lamp Bulb ] Parking Lamp Bulb.

• Checking, refer to => [ Vehicle Electrical System, Output Diagnostic Test Mode ] Scan Tool Testing and Procedures.

10 - Left Front Turn Signal Light (M5) and Right Front Turn Signal Light (M7)

• Lamp 12V, PY 21 W Diadem

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Turn Signal Bulb ] Front Turn Signal Bulb.

• Checking, refer to => [ Vehicle Electrical System, Output Diagnostic Test Mode ] Scan Tool Testing and Procedures.

11 - Headlamp

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamps ] Headlamps

• Correcting installation position of headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position ] Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position.

• Perform a basic setting on the headlamp. Refer to Maintenance Procedures; Rep. Gr. 03.

12 - Adjustment Bushing

• Correcting installation position of headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position ] Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position.

13 - Screws

• For front headlamp mount.

14 - Headlamp Mount

• Left Headlamp Mount, 6-Cylinder TDI, removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Left Headlamp ] HID Left Headlamp.

• Left Headlamp Mount, 6-Cylinder Gasoline, removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Left Headlamp Mount ] HID Left Headlamp Mount.

• Left Headlamp Mount, 10-Cylinder TDI and 8-Cylinder Gasoline, removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Left Headlamp Mount ] HID Left Headlamp Mount.

• Right Headlamp Mount, 6-Cylinder TDI, removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Right Headlamp Mount ] HID Right Headlamp Mount.

• Right Headlamp Mount, 6-Cylinder Gasoline, removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Right Headlamp Mount ] HID Right Headlamp Mount.
