1 Front Toothed Belt Guard

• Install it at the bottom and clip it secure on the sides.

2 Nut

• 70 Nm

3 Bolt

• 23 Nm

4 High Pressure Fuel Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket

5 Idler Pulley

6 High Pressure Fuel Pump Toothed Belt

• Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt tip marker. A reversed turning direction can cause damage to the used toothed belt.

• Check for wear.

7 Bolt

• 9 Nm

8 Rear Toothed Belt Guard

9 Toothed Belt Tensioner

10 Toothed Belt Drive Sprocket

11 Bolt

• 75 Nm

• With washer

• Use retainer (3036) to loosen and tighten.

12 Bolt

• 23 Nm
