Left Side 4 Zone or Side Vent 2 Zone Climatronic

• The Left Side Vent Motor (V299) or the Side Vent Motor (V262) is located on the A/C unit on the left upper retaining plate.

• The lower retaining plate must be removed first before the upper retaining plate can be removed.

Removing

- Remove the motor upper retaining plate - 2 -. Refer to => [ Left Upper A/C Unit Retaining Plate ] Left Upper A/C Unit Retaining Plate

- Remove the screws - 4 - (quantity: 3) from the center motor, identified by - B - in the illustration.





- Remove control motor from retaining plate - 2 -.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:

- Initiate Basic Setting function with Diagnostic Operation System (VAS 5051B). Refer to=> [ Climatronic A/C System with Automatic Control, Checking and Adjusting ] Adjustments.
