1 - Hex Head Combination Bolt

• 40 Nm

• M10 x 35 mm

2 - Bracket

3 - Idler Pulley

4 - Screw

• 23 Nm

• M8 x 25 mm

5 - Protective Cap

6 - Hex Flange Bolt

• 23 Nm

• M8 x 90 mm

7 - Ribbed Belt

• Checking ribbed belt, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.

8 - Generator

• B+ wire fastener to generator, 15 Nm, refer to => [ B+ Cable Mount on Generator ] Procedures.

• Neither the voltage regulator nor the carbon brushes can be replaced individually; if a repair is required, the entire generator must be replaced.

• Generator, removing and installing, refer to => [ Generator, Coolant Cooled ] Generator, Coolant Cooled.

• One-way clutch at generator, removing and installing, refer to => [ Free-Wheel Belt Pulley, Coolant Cooled Generator ] Free-Wheel Belt Pulley, Coolant Cooled Generator.

9 - O-ring

• Always replace.

11 - Torx Flat Head Bolt

• 9 Nm

• M6 x 16 mm

12 - Clamp

13 - Coolant Hose

• 80 Nm
