Front Wheel Housing Liner

• The following describes removing and installing the left wheel housing liner. Removing and installing the right wheel housing liner is identical.

• Due to equipment variations, small deviations must be considered during removal and installation.

Removing






- Remove the wheel.

- Remove the noise insulation bolts on the front wheel housing liner. Refer to => [ Noise Insulation ] Noise Insulation.

- Remove bolts - 2 - (quantity: 9).

- Loosen the retainer between the front wheel housing liner and the front bumper cover.

- Remove the wheel housing liner - 1 - from the fender.

Installation






• Check the expanding nuts - 3 - damage and replace if necessary.

- Insert the wheel housing liner - 1 - in the fender and adjust it the installed position.

- Lock the front wheel housing liner into the front bumper cover.

- Tighten the bolts - 2 -.

Tightening specification - 2 -: 2 Nm

- Install the noise insulation bolts on the front wheel housing liner. Refer to => [ Noise Insulation ] Noise Insulation.

- Install the wheel.
