The panorama sliding/tilting sunroof only works when the ignition is switched on.

After the ignition is switched off, these functions are available until the driver or passenger door is opened.

Tilt the panorama sliding/tilting sunroof up by pressing - arrow a - the knob.

Open the panorama sunroof by turning the knob to - Position 1 -, and close by turning it to - Position 2 - or by pulling the knob - arrow b -.

The glass panel drive is equipped with a closing force limiter. If it runs into an obstacle during the closing procedure, the glass panel runs in the opposite direction.

There is also an emergency closing function. In the case of closing problems, the glass panel can be forced shut by pulling the switch.

For the emergency close function, the closing force limit is deactivated.

The glass panel drive is protected against overheating via a running time limiter. The locking mechanism activates after an uninterrupted operation of approximately 2 minutes. Operation can only be resumed after a cool-down period.

If there is a malfunction in the electrical system, the glass panel motor can be moved using a commercially available hex wrench.
