1 Dual Mass Flywheel

Removing and installing.

Make sure it fits securely on the alignment pins.

Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.

2 Clutch Disc

For the correct allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

Only replace together with the pressure plate.

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Clutch, Sachs ] Clutch, Sachs.

Installed position, refer to => [ Clutch Disc Installed Position ] Clutch, Sachs.

3 Pressure Plate

With a adjustment mechanism.

For the correct allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

Only replace together with the clutch disc.

Removing and installing, refer to => [ Clutch, Sachs ] Clutch, Sachs.

Checking the ends of the diaphragm spring. Refer to => [ Checking the Ends of the Diaphragm Spring ] Clutch, Sachs.

Checking the spring and rivet connections. Refer to => [ Checking the Spring and Rivet Connections ] Clutch, Sachs.

4 Bolt

M6 - 13 Nm.

M7 - 20 Nm.

Quantity: 6

Loosen and tighten in small steps and in a diagonal sequence.
