1 Glass cover for the panorama sliding/tilting sunroof (one-piece safety glass)

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Glass Panel for Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof ] Glass Panel for Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof

• Glass Panel, Adjusting, refer to => [ Glass Panel Height Adjustment ] Glass Panel Height Adjustment

2 Bolt

• Always replace

• 3 on each side

• Glass panel mounting - 1 - on the sunroof mechanical system

• Tightening specification: 6 Nm

3 Trim

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Trim ] Trim

4 Trim

• Left and right

• Clipped into the glass cover

• to the glass panel cover bolt

5 Outer seal

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Outer Seal ] Outer Seal

• Applied on the trim

6 Assembly frame

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Assembly Frame ] Assembly Frame

7 Inner seal

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Inside Seal ] Inside Seal

• Bonded to the frame

8 Crossbrace

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Crossbrace ] Crossbrace

9 Bolt

• Quantity: 7

• For attaching the crossbrace to the mount carrier

• Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm

10 Sun Shade

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Sun Shade ] Sun Shade

11 Bolt

• 1 on each side

• For attaching sun shade to the guide rail

• Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm

12 Cover

• For the sunshade

13 Bolt

• Quantity: 6

• For attaching cover to the mounting carrier

• Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm

14 Bolt

• For attaching the electric drive to the mounting carrier

• Quantity: 3

• Tightening specification: 4 Nm

15 Electrical drive motor

• For the glass panel for the panorama sliding/tilting sunroof

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Motor for Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof Glass Panel ] Motor for Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof Glass Panel

• Initializing, refer to => [ Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof, Adaptation Procedure ] Panorama Sliding/Tilting Sunroof, Adaptation Procedure

16 Guide rails

• With sunroof mechanical system and cables

• Built together with the mounting carrier as one part

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Guide Rails and Mounting Carrier ] Guide Rails and Mounting Carrier

• When needed, only lubricate the guide canal with lubricant (G 000 450 02)

17 Bolt

• Always replace

• Quantity: 8

• Do not substitute with bolt - 18 -

• Tightening specification: 3 Nm

18 Bolt

• Quantity: 11

• Do not substitute with bolt - 17 -

• Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm

19 Mounting carrier

• For sun shade, electric drive and crossbrace

• Built together with the guide rail as one part

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Guide Rails and Mounting Carrier ] Guide Rails and Mounting Carrier

• When needed, only lubricate the guide canal with lubricant (G 000 450 02)

20 Wind deflector

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

21 Spring

• For wind deflector

22 Bolt

• For mounting wind deflector to the guide rail

• 1 on each side

• Tightening specification: 1.5 Nm
