Automatic Transmission Fluid

The transmission fluid is permanently filled. As far as maintenance is concerned, the transmission fluid does not need to be replaced.

The planetary gear set and final drive have a common transmission filling. Checking and filling, refer to => [ Transmission Fluid Level, Checking and Filling ] Transmission Fluid Level, Checking and Filling.

• Use only transmission fluid available as a replacement part. Using other fluids can lead to functional problems or can even cause the transmission to fail. For the correct transmission fluid, refer to the Parts Catalog.
