Removing






- Remove subframe. Refer to => [ Subframe ] Subframe.

- Removing lock cylinder. Refer to => [ Lock Cylinder Housing ] Lock Cylinder Housing

- Remove door handle. Refer to => [ Door Handle ] Door Handle

- Press down locking mechanism on mounting bracket - 5 - - arrow a -.

- Slide mounting bracket - 1 - in - direction of arrow b - until mounting points - 6 - in guide of angled mounting bracket - 2 - are visible.

- Remove the bracket from the angle bracket.

- Remove the cable - 1 - from the guide in the bracket - 2 -.








- Bend the cable - 1 - in the - direction of the arrow - and remove the hooks - 3 - from the eyelet.

Installing

- Install the cable hooks - 3 - into the eyelet and swivel the cable - 1 - in the opposite - direction of the arrow - onto the bracket.






- Secure the cable - 1 - in the guide in the bracket - 2 -.






- Guide the mounts - 6 - for the bracket - 1 - into the guides for the angle bracket - 5 -.

- Slide the bracket into the angle bracket until the locking mechanism - arrow a - engages.
