Adjustment Dimensions

• The door window must enter 6 mm - dimension a - into seal - 7 - of the roof molding.

• The window must rest against the outside of the rear front window guide of the fixed door window - 6 - - arrows b -.

• The offset with respect to B-pillar trim - 9 - is 1 mm - dimension b -.

- Loosen both of the upper nuts - 4 - with the side window installation tool (V.A.G 1739). Adjust the dimension with both of the upper adjusting screws in the nuts - 4 -.

- Tighten both of the upper bolts - 4 - to the tightening specification: 12 Nm.

The door window must extend in the center - a arrows - between inner - 3 - and outer window recess cover - 2 -.

- Remove the front door trim panel..

- Loosen the lower nut - 4 - with the side window installation tool (V.A.G 1739). Adjust the dimensions with the lower adjusting screw in the nut - 4 -.

- Tighten the lower bolt - 4 - to the tightening specification: 12 Nm.
