• The illustration shows the left side. The right side is identical.

• Always replace the door hinge bolts after loosening them.






1 Door

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Door ] Front Door

• Adjusting, refer to => [ Door, Adjusting ] Door, Adjusting

2 Socket head bolt

• 50 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

3 Door hinge

• Upper portion is attached to lower portion of hinge with screw - 8 -.

• Hinge is divided

4 Socket head bolt

• 50 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

5 Socket head bolt

• Installed from the inside of the vehicle.

• Remove the lower A-pillar trim => 00 Technical Data; Body Panel Gap Dimensions; Body Front

• 44 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

6 Door hinge with door arrester

• The lower portion is attached to the upper portion of the hinge by the bolt - 8 -.

• Hinge is divided

7 Socket head bolt

• 44 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

8 Bolt

• This screw must be unscrewed to remove the door from the hinge

• 28 Nm

9 Cover

10 Door hinge

• The lower portion is attached to the upper portion of the hinge by the bolt - 16 -.

• Hinge is divided

11 Socket head bolt

• 44 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

12 Socket head bolt

• 44 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

13 Door hinge

• Upper portion is attached to lower portion of hinge with screw - 14 -.

• Hinge is divided

14 Socket head bolt

• 50 Nm

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

15 Cover

16 Bolt

• 28 Nm

• This screw must be screwed down to remove door from hinge pin.
