Halogen Headlamps

• Before working on headlamps, always switch them off and turn the key to the 0 position (ignition off).

• Familiarity with the function and operation of the lighting system is essential in the event of customer complaints.

DTC Recognition and Display

Vehicle electrical system is equipped with OBD which assists Fault Finding the headlamps.

The "Guided Fault Finding" function is to be used for troubleshooting of the systems as described in => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems.






1 Caps

2 Left Front Turn Signal Light (M5) and Right Front Turn Signal Light (M7)

• Replace

3 Bulb Socket

• For the front turn signal lamp

4 Left Parking Lamp (M1) and Right Parking Lamp (M3)

• Glass base bulb 12V, W5W

• Replace

5 Left High Beam Headlamp (M30) and Right High Beam Headlamp (M32)

• Bulb H7 12V, 55W

• Replace

6 Upper Screw

• 2 Nm

7 Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48) and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor, Halogen Headlamp ] Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor, Halogen Headlamp.

8 Left Low Beam Headlamp (M29) and Right Low Beam Headlamp (M31)

• Bulb H7 12V, 55W

• Replace

9 Screws

• 6 Nm

10 Adjusting Bushings

• For adjusting the headlamp installed position.

11 Headlamp Bracket

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Bracket ] Headlamp Bracket.

12 Headlamp

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp ] Headlamp.
