When running and/or lowering roof, it is not possible to stop the roof by hand after the valves in the hydraulic system have been opened.

Hydraulic system is sensitive to any ingress of dirt.

Cover the components as soon as the system is opened to prevent contaminants from entering.

Leaking oil should be collected and disposed of properly.

• With the ignition switched on, valves in the hydraulic system maintain the pressure only for a certain period of time. After a warning tone, the valves open and the roof lowers in stages. If the ignition is switched off, the valves open and the roof immediately lowers in stages.

• If the CSC roof is in a repair position, it should always be secured with the proper supports and the ignition should be switched off.

• The hydraulic system is self-bleeding and maintenance-free.

• After working on hydraulic system, check the oil level before operating and correct if necessary.

• Gaskets on loosened hydraulic lines must be replaced.

• Always use central hydraulic oil (G 004 000 M2).
