Tensioned Headliner Rail, Installing

• All screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced.






• Sun shade is slide all the way forward.

- Slide rail - 1 - in.

- Install screws - 2 and 3 -, but do not tighten yet. Screw tightening specification: 4.5 Nm

- Pull rail in center down about 2 cm. This creates pretension on the rail so the sliding headliner can slide without dragging on the tensioned headliner.

- Tighten screws - 2 and 3 -. Screw tightening specification: 4.5 Nm

- Insert noted number of spacer plates and tighten screw - 4 - to 8 Nm.
