HID Headlamp and Cornering Lamp Overview

• After measures that could affect the headlamp adjustment, check the headlamp adjustment and adjust if necessary.

3 Left Front Turn Signal Bulb (M5) or Right Front Turn Signal Bulb (M7)

• 12V, PSY24W

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Turn Signal Bulb (M5)/(M7) ] Turn Signal Bulb (M5)/(M7).

4 Upper Headlamp Housing Mounting Bolt

• 2 Nm

5 Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48) or Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor (V48)/(V49) ] Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor (V48)/(V49).

6 Left HID Headlamp Bulb (L13) Or Right HID Headlamp Bulb (L14) ("Bi-Xenon")

• Type 12V, D3S, 35W

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Bulb (L13)/(L14) ] HID Bulb (L13)/(L14).

7 Level Control System Sensor

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Level Control System Sensor ] Level Control System Sensor.

8 Headlamp Bracket

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Bracket ] Headlamp Bracket.

• Bolts 8 Nm

9 Adjustment Bushings

• Correcting installation position of headlamp, refer to=> [ HID Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position ] HID Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position.

10 Lower Headlamp Housing Mounting Bolts

• 3.5 Nm

11 Left Headlamp Power Output Stage (J667) or Right Headlamp Power Output Stage (J668)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Power Output Stages (J668)/(J667) ] Headlamp Power Output Stages (J668)/(J667).

12 Screws, Headlamp Power Output Stage

• 2 Nm

13 HID Headlamp Control Module Mounting Bolts

• 2 Nm

14 Left HID Headlamp Control Module (J343) Or Right HID Headlamp Control Module (J344)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ HID Headlamp Control Module (J343)/(J344) ] HID Headlamp Control Module (J343)/(J344).

15 Headlamp

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamps ] Headlamps.

• Correcting installation position of headlamp, refer to=> [ HID Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position ] HID Headlamps, Correcting Installation Position.

• Performing the basic setting.

• Servicing headlamp mounting tabs, refer to => [ Headlamp Mounting Tabs, Repairing ] Headlamp Mounting Tabs, Repairing.

16 Cornering Lamp and Headlamp Range Control Module (J745)

• Mounting bolt 3 Nm.

• Removal and installation, refer to=> [ Cornering Lamp and Headlamp Range Control Module (J745) ] Cornering Lamp and Headlamp Range Control Module (J745).
