1 Rubber Grommet

• In the bulkhead for accommodating the guide pin on the wiper frame, refer to=> [ (Item 11) Guide Pin On The Wiper Frame ].

2 Wiper Arm

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Wiper Arms ] Service and Repair.

• Wiper blade park position, adjusting, refer to => [ Windshield Wiper Blades, Adjusting Park Position ] Adjustments.

• Joint-Free Windshield Wiper, removing and installing, refer to => [ Joint-Free Windshield Wiper ] Joint-Free Windshield Wiper.

• Wiper blade insert, removing and installing, refer to=> [ Joint-Free Wiper Blades ] Joint-Free Wiper Blades.

• Wiper arm service-/winter position, refer to=> [ Windshield Wiper System ] Windshield Wiper System.

3 Hex Head Collar Nut

• 20 Nm

4 Cap

5 Wiper Motor Shaft

6 Plenum Chamber Cover

7 Screw

• 8 Nm

• For securing the wiper frame to the body.

8 Windshield Wiper Motor (V)

• Mounting bolts for wiper motor to wiper frame: 8 Nm.

• Mounting nut for motor crank to wiper motor shaft: 18 Nm.

• Unit with Wiper motor control module (J400).

• Remove and install the windshield wiper system. Refer to => [ Windshield Wiper System ] Windshield Wiper System.

• Remove and install the wiper motor from the wiper frame. Refer to => [ Wiper Motor From Wiper Frame ] Service and Repair.

9 Wiper Motor Control Module (J400)

• Unit with Windshield wiper motor (V).

• Remove and install the windshield wiper system. Refer to => [ Windshield Wiper System ] Windshield Wiper System.

• Remove and install the wiper motor from the wiper frame. Refer to => [ Wiper Motor From Wiper Frame ] Service and Repair.

10 Wiper Linkage

• Remove and install the windshield wiper system. Refer to=> [ Windshield Wiper System ] Windshield Wiper System.

• Remove and install the wiper motor from the wiper frame. Refer to=> [ Wiper Motor From Wiper Frame ] Service and Repair.

11 Guide Pin On The Wiper Frame

• Inserted in the rubber grommet in the bulkhead, refer to=> [ (Item 1) Rubber Grommet ].
