Malfunction Recognition and Display

The vehicle electrical system control module is equipped with OBD which facilitates fault finding for the fog lamps.

The lamps of the fog lamps can be checked via the output diagnostic test mode of the Vehicle electrical system control module (J519).

For fault finding, use the Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051B) in the "Guided fault finding" operating mode.
