Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding

After assembly work or when first operating, headlamp cleaning system must be ventilated to ensure proper function of lift cylinders and spray nozzles.

- Fill the tank for the windshield/headlamp washer system.

- Start the engine.

- Switch the headlamp to "ON".

- Operate the headlamp washer system several times (3-5 impulses for every 3-second period).

- If necessary, repeat this ventilation procedure until proper functioning of the lift cylinders and spray nozzles is obtained.
