Generator Overview

7 Voltage Regulator

8 Generator

• Generator, removing and installing, refer to => [ Generator ] Generator.

• Securing B+ wire to generator, refer to => [ B+ Cable Mount on Generator ] Procedures.

• Generator ribbed belt pulley, removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Pulley Without Freewheel ] Ribbed Belt Pulley Without Freewheel, => [ Ribbed Belt Pulley with Freewheel, Bosch ] Ribbed Belt Pulley With Freewheel, Bosch or => [ Ribbed Belt Pulley with Freewheel, Valeo ] Ribbed Belt Pulley With Freewheel, Valeo.

9 Ribbed Belt

10 Collar Bolts

• 25 Nm

11 Socket Head Bolt

12 Lower Idler Pulley With Bracket

• For air conditioning compressed ribbed belt.

13 Air Conditioning Compressor Ribbed Belt Tensioner

• 35 Nm

14 Generator and Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Tensioner

• 35 Nm

15 Socket Head Bolt

• 8 Nm
