1 Instrument Panel
2 Center Vents
• Removing vents, refer to => [ Center Vent ] Center Vent.
3 Right Side Vent
• Removing, refer to => [ Right Instrument Panel Vent ] Right Instrument Panel Vent.
4 Fresh Air And Heated Air Controls
• With Fresh Air/Recirculation Door Switch (E159).
• On vehicles with an auxiliary heater, also with Immediate Heating Button (E537).
• Removing controls, refer to => [ Heat and Fresh Air Controls ] Heat and Fresh Air Controls.
5 Fresh/Recirculating Air Door Motor (V154)
• Removing, refer to => [ Fresh/Recirculated Air Door Motor (V154) ] Fresh/Recirculated Air Door Motor (V154).
6 Right Footwell Vent
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Right Footwell Vent ] Right Footwell Vent.
7 Fresh Air Blower Series Resistor With Fuse (N24)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Fresh Air Blower Series Resistor with Fuse (N24) ] Service and Repair.
8 Fresh Air Blower (V2)
• Removing, refer to => [ Fresh Air Blower (V2) ] Service and Repair.
9 Heating Unit Partition
10 Dust and Pollen Filter
• With activated charcoal filter.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Dust and Pollen Filter ] Service and Repair.
11 Sealing Caps
• Only in vehicles without air guide to vent installed in center console at rear.
12 Rear Channel For Right Footwell
13 Rear Channel For Left Footwell
14 Screw
• Quantity: 8
• Varying lengths.
15 Adapter For Controls
16 Heater Core
• After replacing heater core, replace all the coolant.

Removing heater partition
- Remove the plastic screws - 2 - and the partition- 1 -.
Installation position of seal for heater and engine compartment
- Seal is first inserted into bulkhead between heater and engine compartment - A -, then placed on heater core.
• To prevent water from entering vehicle interior, note the installation position.
