Coolant Hose Connection Diagram






1 Radiator

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Radiator ] Service and Repair.

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

2 Coolant Line

3 Intake Manifold

4 Coolant Pump and Coolant Thermostat

• Coolant pump, removing and installing. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair.

• Thermostat, removing and installing. refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat ] Service and Repair.

• Check the coolant thermostat => [ (Item 17) Coolant Thermostat ] Cooling System Components Overview, Engine Side.

5 Front Coolant Line

• Secured to the accessory bracket.

6 Expansion Tank

• With a cap.

• Pressure relief valve in cap, checking. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Checking for Leaks ] Testing and Inspection.

7 Rear Coolant Line

8 Cylinder Head/Cylinder Block

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

9 Flange

10 Heater Core

• Replace the coolant after replacing.

11 Transmission Fluid Cooler

• Only for vehicles with a automatic transmission.

12 Bypass Thermostat

• Only for vehicles with a automatic transmission.
