Backrest Release

Removing

- Remove the rear shelf. Refer to => [ Rear Shelf ] Rear Shelf.

- From inside the luggage compartment 1 /3 , unlock the backrest and fold it down.

- From inside the luggage compartment 2 /3 , unlock the backrest and fold it down.

- Open the clamp - 3 - for the cable.

- From inside the luggage compartment, unlock the locking unit - 1 - on both side and guide and guide it out of the rear wall - 2 - - arrows -.

- Remove the bolts - 5 - (8 Nm) and the backrest release - 4 - from the rear wall upper section - 2 -.






Installation

- Install in reverse order of removal.

• Check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.
