Removing






- Remove the fuel filler door unit. Refer to => [ Fuel Filler Door Unit ] Fuel Filler Door Unit.

- Remove the side panel noise insulation.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 - from the vehicle electrical system - 5 -.

- Remove the fuel filler door unlock motor (V155) - 4 - from the side panel - arrow a -.

- Remove the fuel filler door unlock motor (V155) - 4 - from the fuel filler door cup - arrow b -.

- Remove the grommet - 3 - from the side panel and then remove the wiring harness - 2 - with connector - 1 - from the fuel filler door cup.

Installation






Perform the following:

- Guide the cable - 2 - with connector - 1 - through the fuel filler door cup and install the grommet - 3 -.

- Install the fuel filler door unlock motor (V155) - 4 - in the fuel filler door cup - arrow b -.

- Slide the fuel filler door unlock motor (V155) - 4 - onto the side panel - arrow a -.

• The fuel filler door unlock motor (V155) must click into place.

- Connect the connector - 1 - to the vehicle electrical system - 5 -.

- Install the side panel noise insulation.

- Install the fuel filler door unit. Refer to => [ Fuel Filler Door Unit ] Fuel Filler Door Unit.

• Perform a functionality test on the release components.
