Sill Panel Strip

• Removing and installing on the left side of the vehicle is described here. Removing and installing on the right side is identical.

• Removing and installing for vehicles with belt end fitting is identical, refer to => [ Seat Belts ] Seat Belts.

Removing

- Remove the rear wheel housing trim.

• Remove the rear wheel housing trim. Refer to => [ Lower C-Pillar Trim ] Lower C-Pillar Trim.

- Remove the bolt - 1 - (2 Nm).

- Remove the sill panel strip - 2 - from the front of the sill panel and from the molding.

- Loosen the sill panel strip guides - 2 - off the B-pillar lower trim.

- Remove the sill panel strip - 2 - from the back of the sill panel and from the molding.

- Remove the seat belt - 3 - through the opening in the sill panel strip - 4 -.






Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

• Check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.
