Left Seat Trim with Power Height Adjustment

Removing

- Turn off the ignition.

- Remove the expanding clip - 3 - from the trim - 2 -.

- Loosen the trim - 2 - from the bracket - 6 -.

- Remove the trim - 2 - from the mounts on the seat frame - 2 - in direction of travel.

- Disconnect the connectors - 4 - and - 5 - from the seat adjustment switch and remove the trim - 2 -.

• Disconnect the connector from the seat memory switch if the vehicle has memory seats.






Replacing the Trim:

• If the left trim on the seat - 8 - is being replaced, then is will be necessary to replace the seat adjustment switch - 7 - and the lumbar support height adjustment switch - 4 -.

- Remove the lever - 1 - and - 2 - from the seat adjustment switch- 7 -.

- Remove the screws - 6 - (2 Nm).

- Remove the seat adjustment switch - 7 - from the left trim on the seat - 8 -.

- Remove the lever - 3 - from the lumbar support switch - 4 -.

- Remove the screws - 5 - (2 Nm).

- Remove the lumbar support switch - 4 - from the trim on the left side of the vehicle - 8 -.






• The memory switch must also be removed if the vehicles has memory seats.

Installation

- Install in reverse order of removal.

• Check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.
