Fog Lamp Bulb and Static Cornering Lamp

• The bulb inside the fog lamp housing functions as a fog lamp and, depending on the vehicle equipment level, also as the static cornering lamp.

• The illustrations depict removal and installation at left fog lamp. Removing and installing the right fog lamp is identical.

Removing

- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

- Remove fog lamp. Refer to => [ Fog Lamp ] Fog Lamp.

- Turn the bulb socket with the fog lamp bulb/static cornering lamp - 1 - in - direction of arrow - and remove it from the fog lamp.






The fog lamp bulb and the bulb socket are a single piece and cannot be replaced separately.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Check headlamp for functions.

- Check the fog lamp setting and adjust if necessary.
