Steering Column Combination Switch (E595), Kostal

Follow the specified sequence when removing and installing steering column switch components. Refer to => [ Steering Column Switch Components, Removal and Installation Sequence ] Steering Column Switch Components, Removal and Installation Sequence.

Removing

- Remove the steering wheel.

- Remove the trim from the steering column.

- Remove the steering column electronic systems control module (J527). Refer to => [ Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module (J527), Kostal ] Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module (J527), Kostal.






- Unscrew the mounting bolt - arrow - and remove the complete steering column combination switch (E595) - 1 - straight back from the steering column switch mount.

Installing

- Slide the steering column combination switch straight onto the guides on the steering column switch mount.

- Install the mounting bolt - arrow -.

- Install all components accordingly in the reverse order.
