Driveshaft Overview

• Do not perform any service work on the driveshaft.






1 Transmission with Bevel Box

2 12 Point Bolt

• For the front flexible disc to driveshaft.

• Do not loosen.

• Not available as a replacement part.

3 Front Flexible Disc

• Do not remove from the driveshaft.

• Replace the entire driveshaft if faulty.

4 12 Point Bolt

• 50 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

• M10 x 30

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

• For the front flexible disc to bevel box output flange.

5 Driveshaft

• Cannot be separated at the intermediate bearing - arrow -.

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Driveshaft ] Driveshaft.

6 Bolt

• 25 Nm

• Allocation the Parts Catalog.

7 Intermediate Bearing

• Align without tension.

8 Bolt

• 50 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

• For the rear flexible disk to driveshaft.

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

9 Bolt

• 50 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

• For the rear flexible disc to the rear final drive input flange.

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

10 Rear Flexible Disc with Vibration Damper

• Allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.
