Front Door: Testing and Inspection

Function Test, Performing

- Remove remote control key from ignition lock and from vehicle.

- Lock vehicle via button on door handle.

- Lock vehicle again via button on door handle.

- Switch ignition on.

- Erase DTC memory.

DTC memory is erased with Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051 A).

• On Board Diagnostic (OBD)

• system 46 - central comfort system control module

• 02 retrieve DTC memory

• 05 erase DTC memory
