Memory Seat Button Module
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Trim Removal Wedge (VAS 3409)
Removal
When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool (plastic wedge, screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.
- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.
- Carefully pry the trim - 2 - off the driver door trim panel with a (VAS 3409) - 1 -.
- Disconnect the connector - 1 - and remove the button module with the trim.
- Open the retainers - arrows - and remove the button module from the trim.
Installation
Install in reverse order of removal.
