Backrest Cover

• Removal and installation can be done with seat installed.

• The removal and installation procedure is based on a manually adjustable seat. It is identical for the other seat versions.

• The illustration shows a backrest cover without a storage net.

• The storage net cannot be removed from the backrest cover and can only be replaced together with the backrest cover.

Removing

Danger of being injured by burrs on the backrest cover.

Wear protective gloves.

- Grasp on the right behind the backrest cover - 1 - and pull it to the side off of the backrest - 2 -.






• If it is difficult to remove, use the pry lever (80 - 200).

- Repeat the procedure on the opposite side.

- Continue to remove the backrest cover and roll it up until the lower retaining hooks detach from the backrest frame.

- Remove the backrest cover downward.

Installation






Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Slide the upper retaining hooks - 2 - under the upper backrest crossmember - 1 -.

- Tilt the backrest cover down and engage the side retaining tabs - 3 - and - 5 -.

- Then engage the lower retaining hooks - 4 -.

- Make sure the side retaining tabs engage correctly in the backrest frame and the lower retaining hooks are positioned completely over the backrest frame.

- Press the backrest cover firmly into the areas marked with - arrows - in the direction of the backrest.






- Check if the backrest cover is correctly latched.

• It must not be possible to move the backrest cover at the bottom.
