Side Instrument Panel Covers

• Removing and installing on the left side of the vehicle is described here. Removing and installing on the right side is identical.

Removing

- Use the trim removal wedge (3409) to pry the side instrument panel cover - 1 - out of the latching mechanisms.






Installation

• There are transparent plastic grommets in the instrument panel mounts for noise insulation. If the plastic grommets remain in the mounts when the instrument panel covers are removed, the plastic grommets must be removed from the instrument panel covers. The plastic grommets are then reinstalled in the mounts.

- To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
