Lower Inner Headlamp Mounting Tab

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Screwdriver (V.A.G 1624)

- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

- Remove headlamp. Refer to => [ Headlamp ] Headlamp.

- Remove the rest of the old headlamp mounting tab - 1 - as illustrated.






- Mount the new headlamp mounting tab - 2 - on he bulb socket on the headlamp and tighten the screws - 3 - to 1.0 Nm.

- Install the headlamp. Refer to => [ Headlamp ] Headlamp.

• If one headlamp is removed, it must always be adjusted after installation.

- Check the headlamp adjustment and correct it if necessary.
