Turbo Boost Sensor: Service and Repair

Charge Air Pressure Sensor G31 and Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 G447

Removing

Charge Air Pressure Sensor:

- Disconnect the connector - arrows -.






- Remove the bolts and nuts - arrows - and remove the bracket - A -.






- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the charge air pressure sensor.






Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2:






- Free up the vacuum hose - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the cover - 2 -.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 -.






- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the charge air pressure sensor 2.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Supercharger Overview ] Supercharger Overview.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

• Always replace the self-locking bolt and O-ring.

• Clean the threaded holes for the charge air pressure sensor inside the supercharger housing with a tap before installing.
