Left Flange Shaft Needle Bearing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Locking Pin (30-505)

• Press Support (30-506 B)

• Kukko Extractor 37-46 mm (21/6)

• Kukko Support (22/2)

Removing

- Remove the front final drive. Refer to => [ Front Final Drive ] Front Final Drive.

- Remove the flange shaft and the left seal. Refer to => [ Left Flange Shaft Seal ] Left Flange Shaft Seal.

- Remove the needle bearing from the left flange shaft.






A Kukko extractor 37-46 mm (21/6)
B Kukko support (22/2)

Installing

- Install the needle bearing - A - all the way into the left flange shaft.






- Install the flange shaft and the left seal. Refer to => [ Left Flange Shaft Seal ] Left Flange Shaft Seal.

- Install the front final drive. Refer to => [ Front Final Drive ] Front Final Drive.

- Check the front final drive gear oil level. Refer to => [ Front Final Drive Gear Oil Level, Checking ] Front Final Drive Gear Oil Level, Checking.
