Rear View Camera System Control Module (J772)

The control module is inside the luggage compartment behind the right side trim panel and is attached to the CD changer bracket with Velcro.

Removal

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove the right side trim panel inside the luggage compartment..

- Depending on the vehicle equipment level, disconnect all connector - arrows -, open the Velcro fastener on the bottom and remove the control module - 1 - from the bracket.






Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

If necessary, replace Velcro strips arrows on bottom of control module.

If the control module was replaced

- Code the control module. Refer to => [ Rearview Camera Control Module (J772), Coding ] Rearview Camera Control Module (J772), Coding.

- Calibrate the system again. Refer to => [ Rearview Camera System, Calibrating ] Rearview Camera System, Calibrating.
