Left Rear Wheel Housing Liner

Removing

• This section describes the removal and installation of only the left rear wheel housing liner. Right rear wheel housing liner is similar.

• Due to equipment variations, small deviations must be considered during removal and installation.






Perform the following:

- Remove the wheel.

- Loosen the wheel cover - 7 - near the bumper.

- Remove the bolts - 5 - and nut - 4 -.

- Remove the rear wheel housing liner - 1 - from the wheel housing.

Installation






Perform the following:

• Check the expanding nuts - 3 - for damage and replace if necessary.

- Install the rear wheel housing liner - 1 - in the wheel housing without kinking.

- Install the bolts - 5 - and hex nut - 4 - and tighten in the specified order. Refer to => [ Left Rear Wheel Housing Liner Bolt Tightening Sequence ] Left Rear Wheel Housing Liner Bolt Tightening Sequence.

- Tightening specification for bolts - 5 -: 2 Nm.

- Tightening specification for hex nut - 4 -: 2.5 Nm.

- Install the wheel.
