Headlamp

• It is not necessary to disconnect battery ground cable.

• The following illustrations depict removal and installation of left headlamp. Removing and installing the right headlamp is identical.

Removing:

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove the front bumper cover.

The connector can get damaged when removing it.

Always use the (T10118).

- Unlock and disconnect the connector - 1 - using the (T10118).






- Remove both bolts - arrows -.






- Lift the clip - arrow - and remove the headlamp - 1 - forward.






Installing:

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Check installation position of headlamp for uniform gap dimensions.

If headlamp has an uneven gap dimension to the body, installation position must be corrected => [ Adjusting Headlamp, Installed Position ] Adjusting Headlamp, Installed Position.

- Check headlamp for function.

- Check the headlamp adjustment and correct it if necessary. Refer to => Procedure Description.
