Valve Body

Removing

- Remove the transmission fluid filter. Refer to => [ Transmission Fluid Filter ] Service and Repair.

- Disconnect the connector.






- Carefully disconnect the connectors.






- Remove the transmission fluid temperature sensor (G93) bolt - arrow -. Tightening specification: 10 Nm.






- Remove the valve body bolts - arrows - diagonally.






Tightening specification: 8 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn.

Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.

- Always make sure when installing the valve body that the selector shaft lever catches in the valve - arrow -.






- After installation, fill with transmission fluid and check the fluid level, add if necessary. Refer to => [ Transmission Fluid Level, Checking and Filling ] ATF Level, Checking and Filling.
