When diagnosing and repairing a noise concern on the door panel, include the following information in the claim comments:

^ Front or rear door panel

^ Affected side of vehicle - Driver (left) or Passenger (right)

^ Location(s) of where the noise is coming from based on grid shown

^ Location(s) that the insulating material was applied based on at grid shown.

^ Type of insulating material used

^ Part number from the squeak and rattle kit, if possible

Tip:
To help identify the location on the door panel, use the attached grids. The location should be listed as a two-digit alpha-numeric code (For example, D2, F4 or G1). Multiple codes can be used when identifying a concern.
