The attached "Audio Diagnostic Check List" is to be used by Service personnel when fault-tracing the audio system.

Service personnel can record customer comments to assist the technician's diagnosis and repair.

A copy of the completed "Check List" should also be sent, with the audio components to VCNA, Parts Testing Department. Use of this checklist will assure more accurate diagnosis of audio problems and provide feedback to engineering for product improvements.
