Test Results For Recycled CFC/R-12 VS. Recycling Standards

By old methods, each time an air conditioning system was serviced, the old refrigerant was vented into the atmosphere. Today, we know this not only depletes profits, it also depletes the earth's protective ozone layer. But, with the development of Robinair's recovery and recycling equipment, this wasteful and destructive practice is no longer necessary.

Recovering refrigerants prevent the release of destructive chemicals into the atmosphere. And recycling that refrigerant enables you to reuse it, saving the money you would have spent on new refrigerant.

Both the 17300 and 17350 models are UL certified to meet SAE standards for recycled R-12 refrigerant in fact, test results show that our equipment delivers recycled refrigerant that far exceeds established specifications.
