Engine "Whooosh" Noise During Full Load

If a customer is complaining about poor acceleration, and a "whooosh" noise can be heard during acceleration, it may be caused by loose by-pass valve screws. Fix the problem by replacing the by-pass valve gasket and reinstalling the valve.
