VOLVO SYSTEM TESTER - 200, 700 and 900 series vehicles





The Volvo System Tester (VST) is a vehicle battery powered microprocessor-based instrument designed to aid well trained technicians to diagnose both verifiable and intermittent problems, which may occur even over a long period of time, in the dealership or on the road. Problem occurrence data is stored in the unit's memory for recall. As a result, "intermittents" normally attributed to expensive ECU's may be properly diagnosed and corrected, avoiding unnecessary ECU replacement. Technicians must; however, fully understand the systems being tested.

The VST is a mandatory tool and will be automatically shipped to all dealers.
