Service

1. First, determine if a problem has occurred with the vehicle, the VST unit or wiring adapter(s).

2. If a verified problem has occured in the VST or wiring adapter(s), contact the repair center, JGM Autoforce, Inc.: 1-800-845-1773.

3. The repair center's technical staff will assist your personnel to determine if the problem is in the VST unit or in one of the adapters. Pack only the component(s) that appear to be defective and ship prepaid, UPS blue (second day air) to:
